Years ago in my late '40's while living in Raleigh I strained my lower back

while washing my car in autumn's cool weather which caused pressure on my sciatic nerve. This resulted in pain, numbness down my left leg and some urinary incontinence. I had been seeing chiropractors periodically for years (after a back injury from weight lifting), so I went to see my local chiropractor. It did concern me very much, but with twice a week massage&heat therapy and a couple of adjustments I was back to normal w/i a month. This is just my story and hopefully will encourage you.
