Ok Richmonders, those of you who have a go-to chiropractor...

...can you give me some advice? Similar to the thread here the other day, I have been suffering from lower back spasms/pain off and on for a year and a half, but I've been in almost constant pain since the end of November and I'm getting desperate. I went to PT after the initial injury, and that got me out of severe pain to a more manageable discomfort. I've continued to do the stretches they taught me, but unfortunately I seem to be finding little relief now.

I'm not totally convinced a chiropractor can do anything for me since it seems like my issue is related to extremely tight calves/hamstrings, but perhaps something is "out of alignment". I've never been to a chiropractor before, so I could use some references from those of you who have found one that you like. I'm 39, fairly athletic, and up until now have stayed in pretty decent shape, but I'm currently a shell of myself and feeling pretty despondent that this could be my new normal. Thanks in advance for any insight you guys & gals can provide.
