This is the 2nd person hired recently for the same position. Both have been

sick. Neither sicknesses included typical COVID symptoms, but both felt that they should still get tested.

"I doubt it's COVID but I had better get tested."

Of course, they must then work from home until they get the results. The first one took a full week to get results. No idea how long it will take New Employee #2. Needless to say, there's not much work or training that I can pass off to a new employee working from home.
