Lord of Illusions only movie to make me literally jump out of my seat

Don't remember much about it other than it being creepy, edge of your seat type of deal. Then at just the right moment, something happened and I jumped. I don't think I ever watched it again but I definitely remember that moment. As for being scared versus startled, I could only watch the Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street movies during daylight hours when I was young.
