I dont know a lot about it...

Only Joe and the staff know what was communicated to each other. If he was told what was keeping him off the floor and he couldnt physically change it, then I could see some frustration on his part or the staff's part. If he wasnt told what was keeping him off the floor then his frustration is warranted. If he was told what was keeping him off the floor but he didnt feel like doing what it took, then thats on him and VT would be better off anyway.

Regardless of the reason, there are 2 facts at play here:

1) VT felt he wasn't going to help the team very much this season

2) Joe Bamisile felt his situation would be better elsewhere

If both are indeed true, then it makes perfect sense he'd look to get out...and it also wont hurt VT
