Starlink is becoming available to place in Virginia if not already


Cost: $99 down. Equipment is $495 (all-inclusive) and $99 a month for service with unlimited data (for now). Speeds are reported to be better than 50mb/sec up and down, with downloads reaching 90-100mb/sec.

You get a POE wireless WAP/Router combo box that plugs into an outlet. Plug the Cat6 outdoor ethernet into that box and run to the dish/antenna (very mobile) and let it seek/search for the satellite signal. Connect to the WAP and you've got internet.
