I'm sure they do have a full fee schedule available "upon request"


I just find it conspicuous and a good sign that they aren't an organization I want to do business with when that fee schedule was never mentioned, offered, or included when I opened the account, nor is it available anywhere on the bank's website.

If you put effort into keeping your fees a secret, it's because they are excessive and you hope no one notices and just decides doing anything about it isn't worth the trouble.
