Any suggestions for a small business checking acct?

For my handyman business I started last year, I went with a small local bank that seemed to have a pretty simple and favorable small business checking account. But a few months in, and I swear they are hitting me with $1, $2, and $3 service charges on almost every transaction. And for the life of me, I cannot locate anything that discloses their fee schedule, so all of these are a surprise and I have no idea what they are for.

Combine that with the shady contract language they tried to slip in when I was looking at getting a credit card processor, and I'm not really happy with them.

Luckily, it's a free market and I have options.

So anyone have a small business checking acct they are happy with that has minimal and clearly communicated fees? I'm OK with an online-only bank, but for physical locations I'm in the NRV. This is for pretty low volume transactions...still getting the business off the ground and it's really just a side-hustle for now.
