Bike People. What on earth happened to Performance Bike and BikeNashbar? I

haven't ridden (road bike) in 3 or 4 years but decided this spring to get going again. To that end I wanted to get a new helmet so I went to check out the online places I used to use only to find no discounts and Performance and BikeNashbar being one in the same. Are there any go-to online bike places for helmets, gloves, tires, tubes, etc.? I'm not the type rider who is going to pay $200 for a $200 helmet.
