2 questions from a wrestling newbie

Well not exactly a newbie as I have watched the professional circuit on monday nights for years. But definitely new to amateur wrestling.

So my first question- does anyone recommend a good “wrestling for dummies” video that explains wrestling rules and scoring really well? There’s plenty of youtube videos out there, but I don’t know if college rules differ from high school or olympic or if there have been major rule changes over the years.

Second question- to help put the ending into perspective for me. Was that the most improbable ending in vt sports history? More so than the henson heave?
