I felt that way a few years ago. I had a few other irritations...


...going on, so I went to the doctor and in the end was diagnosed with Celiac disease. One of the other things I experienced was "brain fog" - i.e. the feeling that I couldn't stay focused on any task. If you're experiencing that too, it might be worth asking your doctor about Celiac.
