It's depression, but cause by the response to Covid


For a year, we've been berated for caring about ourselves, that wanting to be a human being and interact with people makes you a selfish evil person who doesn't care about grandma. Every commercial is someone whining about this unprecedented year or these horribly challenging times. It's been a year long marketing campaign to get everyone to fall in line and ignore their own needs for the common good, which completely violates human nature.

Not to mention being inside way too much, SAD is a problem for a lot of people, now they are spending even less time outside.

After a while, you just can't push it aside. The constant badgering makes you start to question yourself.
