A few years ago a was going to change a friends oil

And after wrestling with it, I said she needed to take it back to whoever did it last time. I couldn't budge the bolt and was afraid I was going to damage it trying to take it off.
She said they tried to give her a hard time about who changed her oil last because they had trouble getting the plug out too. She got to tell them, they did it
