My truck is officially a beater.

It’s a 2003 Silverado. Engine runs like a top but there are other issues. Like the speedometer doesn’t work. Also, the lights to signify what gear I’m in burnt out long ago. And now I added a 3-foot scratch down the right side of my truck as I foolishly tried to squeeze between my daughter’s car parked in the driveway and my garage bay. My wife despises that truck. She’ll hate it even more now. But I’m determined to get 20 years out of it.
