Smashed Burgers, not overcooked inside, crispy outside.


Smash it before it goes on the grill (or cast iron pan). Once it starts cooking, you'll only press the juices out.

Good bun, grilled. Mix of chuck and sirloin (seasoning secrets), American or cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, carmelized onions, ketchup, Tomato & lettuce OK.

Does anyone remember Big Boy restaurants? (pre-Arbys?). In high school, I remember they had the best raw onions on their burgers, very unique flavor. Wish I could find them now.
