We live about 4-5 miles from the Outlet mall. We shopped there often when we lived 20 miles away on the other side of CLT. Hardly ever now. IKEA is almost always slammed unless you get there well in advance of opening up. We've been tons of times and have dropped a small fortune there, but I wouldn't have thought it would be that crowed with distancing. Unless they're observing a good Swedish herd immunity stance.
