Many landlords in North Carolina are requesting 6 months advance rent

to avoid the no eviction rule. This month I signed a 3 month and a 6 month advance rent leases for new tenants. There is very limited housing supply at the moment and we can get it. Not sure of the situation in Ga. but I would imagine it would be similar to NC.

Now is the best time to sell property, but the problem is you have to find a new place, which is the other side of the coin. Interests rates will probably be higher in May but it will depend on the election results. Not to get political but most developers I speak with flatly state if the Republican candidate wins the economy will rebound and be rolling. If the other party wins look for a recession and the same or lower interest rates.
