Too many variables to know but if you are happy with what you could sell ..


for now, it is definitely a good time to sell. Could you get more for it in May? Maybe, maybe not - I doubt it would sell for significantly more but it could definitely sell for significantly less. Stock market has the same issue right now. If the election goes one way, I expect markets to drop as much as 25-35% at least in the short term. So I have hedged my bets and moved about 10% of my stocks to bonds so I have more money to buy at a discount if it happens. If it doesn't, I'm fine with that too because it will help me sleep a little better at night and the money that is still in stocks is doing great ... for now.
