Purchased some ribeyes from the VT Meat Sciences sale on Friday...
It was Delicious! They weren't rating it, but I would actually put this meat in the Prime category. Fat was buttery, meat tender with good flavor. Probably won't get meat this fresh anywhere else in town. It was never frozen, either. Price is actually pretty good for a ribeye of this quality. ($10.99/lb) Have you all tried their meat?
