I'm misunderstood every time I post this but I'll do it again.

Use Patron Citronge instead of Cointreau, triple sec, GM...whatever. This is the biggest margarita game changer ever.

After that, all you need to do is go with a good/decent blue agave tequila. Personally, I'd go Patron Silver - 2 parts tequila, one part citronge.

Next scoop out a couple/few soup spoons full of frozen lime juice. You will need to practice this part to get it the way you like it.

Shake with ice in a professional tin matched with 16oz pint glass, pour over ice (or into the pint glass) or serve it "up" - salt always recommended. The hell with high blood pressure, the salt is huge.

There's no need for costly top end tequila or fresh squeezed limes. Use the Citronge and your Margarita will be oh, so fine.
