I didn't use county data you mentioned in your 2nd paragraph. It was my

own computation. The county is not releasing or clarifying such data (also such as 0.0001802 is the fraction of COVID deaths relative to the overall population). There is also no sourcing whatsoever from the NC Health Department as to the origin of their science-based decisions.
