What's this?

Locals park on campus after 5 PM to do the following:


1. walk around campus
2. go to the duck pond
3. take their kids to soccer and other sports (swimming...) practices that take place on campus
4. go to basketball, soccer, softball, wrestling....games
5. go downtown to eat maybe

It stinks for the locals who don't have a parking pass big time, especially those who have to take kids to practices/camps...they will now get ticketed after 5 PM.

I completely understand the before 5 PM rule and select lots/spots until 8 pm or 24/7, but this is a money grab as parking services is losing millions on parking permits (everyone is working from home) and from tickets (no one around to ticket...)
