They are going to require a permit for parking until 10PM on weeknights. They will sell day passes for visitors. It will cause problems for many things involving visitors to campus, especially sporting events. They will have to come with a workaround if basketball and wrestling start up in the winter. Possibilities would be to not enforce it on game nights or to sell single-night tags at the lot entrances.
