I've had no issues with running the laptop screen + two extended displays on Windows 10 at my office, but that was done through a standard docking station that interfaces with the docking port on the laptop. I'm looking at potentially several more months of working from home, so I'd love to get a 3-display setup going, as it really does increase my productivity.

Laptop is HP Elitebook 850 GS, and the video card appears to be Intel UHD Graphics 620.
