I have a lot of friends in the sec business. They fly in from both sides.

They know each other's tactics like Antifa leaving piles of bricks on street corners, so protesters who are angry are pushed closer to the edge. They also typically start the first brick throw or bash the first window in to get things rolling. It was proven in DC & Baltimore, but swept under the rug.
