Sunset is closed as well as Ocean Isle. The Crystal Coast beaches all opened this weekend. I didn’t hear any horror stories. It was for residents only. I think the southern Brunswick beaches are talking about it. I’d expect some to open by this weekend but no parking yet to keep the masses away. I know many folks with homes there are putting the pressure on to get the beaches back open at least for residents to walk, cycle, etc. Hopefully surf fish too. I didn’t see the reason for closing them to residents, but the folks that run these communities are a bit overwhelmed by the situation now. Good news is the boat ramps are open and you can pick up food at the dock of the Provision company in Holden beach.
