Run 3.45 miles a day, 7 days a week. Turned 50 last month and intended to
stop running and take spin classes at the gym instead. Lower impact and my knees and feet could use the break. But of course all gyms are closed and I want to continue exercising so I’m running longer than I thought I’d be.
