In the past, there were various shippers, but today everyone seems to utilize FedEx. I missed a delivery once and had to drive out to their facility to pick it up. It was a journey and a hassle.
Although, my home FedEx guy knows me, and he has dropped off a delivery or two without me signing. Guys he knows I'm way past 21 yrs old.
Anyway, the app is real easy to do to set up alerts or redirect the delivery to an easy pick up location.
