Early on. Virginia was a state that distributors would not ship

to. Last several years they added Virginia. I have not had an issue in years. Now normally, you can't get it straight from the distillery. You need to go through distributor or a liquor store that carries that brand.

Shipping cost used to be extremely high and almost not worth it. But that charge has come down last few years.
