Serious??? You think this because of negligence?? I don't think a system is


possible where some criminal people could breach it if they so desire.. If the Federal Government can get hacked then anybody can. What ticks me off is the hoops that a small business has to jump through under the HIPPA regulations at great expense which many can ill afford, under the guise that their system can't be hacked. We do everything possible with our "data" in my dental office....firewalls, encryption, etc but if someone wants to get into that they are going to.
The regulations involved in this are onerous and ridiculous in my opinion.
