When did the paradigm shift? The whole notion that tests were only for


symptomatic people has been de rigeur since February. If the nation is on a stay at home basis, how do you propose people without symptoms get transport to have a test and possibly use up tests that newly symptomatic people might have gotten?

New tests are springing up quickly (links abound) and test turnaround time is lowering. What if someone with no symptoms tests negative, does that person just return at another time for another test?
