wearing a mask automatically makes your more likely to catch it. If you wear it properly and don't fidget with it then there's no increased risk and should slightly decrease it. Also people tend to touch their faces a lot with or without masks. I think for me it might actually cause me to touch my face less. That's something I've really been working on since this all started...and it's hard b/c it's so subconscious.
