The "close everything NOW" movement started today

There's been a shift in public perception today compared to yesterday, and definitely compared to two days ago when I posted "Be very afraid". I think the public is finally coming around to seeing what a big deal is.

And the correct decision for just about everything is indeed "close it, NOW."

Schools? Close them.

Colleges? Close them.

Sporting events? Close them.

Conferences? Close them.

Stores? Just don't go out unless it's absolutely essential. Have everything delivered.

Hospitals? Keep them open, but don't allow elective procedures. Expand ICU beds.

Workplaces? Close them if at all possible. Work from home as much as possible.

Tip your delivery people extra.

Help out people who have no choice but to work.

It's not panic--don't let anyone say it is. It's extreme care and caution, appropriate for the once-a-century threat we're facing.
