It spreads more easily than the flu and is more lethal (higher % of people


that get it will die).

And we have way more than 938 cases, there isn't enough testing being done to confirm all the cases we have, and of course there are people who are asymptomatic and have it and have no idea or who just have mild symptoms but are spreading it.

The idea is to slow the spread because by the time 50 million Americans have it, it will dwarf the flu death toll that so many people like to quote. And apparently the fact that it mainly affects older people means you can ignore it and not worry about maybe passing it on to someone. I give you a nice hearty middle finger in honor of my 91 year old mother. Maybe you don't give a damn about her but I do.
