my dwelling has to meet hire than residential code requirements if I'm renting it. That's just with Airbnb. I think I could pay for my years mortgage if I could just rent it out for the 8 football weekends plus the two graduations.

I've got it rented for 4 days for spring graduation and I'm raking in $3k.
