Could someone explain Final X?

First of all, why didn’t Jordan Burroughs wrestle? Since he didn’t, is he off the national team this year?

Secondly, what’s going on with Dake and Ringer? Will they really wrestle off later?

Lastly, how does scoring work in a tie? Is it whoever scored the last point(s) wins?

Exciting to think that Mekhi could be in these kinds of events in the future.
