I will start with the easy one, there are 2 Final X's
This year one is in Rutgers and the other is in Lincoln, Nebraska. They split up the field between the two places to help give the sport a bit more publicity.
Final X Rutgers was supposed to have had 5 mens freestyle matches, unfortunately David Taylor shredded his knee at Beat the Streets, so Pat Downey gets the 86kg spot, and Dake choose to delay his match with Ringer due to recovery from a knee (more on that later).
Final X Lincoln will be next weekend at will have 5 mens freestyle weights in addition to others. That Burroughs is scheduled to wrestle at 74kg there, so he still can make the world team and should do so. So yes he can still make the team.
Now onto the more complicated question. If there are no 4 point scores and the match is tied, the criteria goes to either the last person to score a take down, if they have the same number of take downs, or it goes to the person with the most take downs.
Hope this has helped. With regards to Lewis, I hope he takes to Freestyle a bit more as he matures, he has the right tools to be great at it.
