You're not using common sense or doing any simple research on your own.


Once the purchase is final, you must be able to prove that prior owners knew and withheld this information from you. You have yet to provide anything that even resembles that they knew beyond a reasonable doubt there was roof damage.

As for the carpet, all they have to do is say they had no idea cats had pissed all over the floor. It's as simple as that.

You should have taken the original amount they offered you.
