Sport Renault back in the 80s the took an Alliance front engine and


Transaxle put it behind a little sport racer body. It was pretty cheap.
Anybody that wants to race can, it's all about priorities. I knew plenty of people that did production car racing, which were anything but production cars. They were like early nascar stock cars with production bodies but heavily modified suspensions and pure race engines. You could get a good one back then for a few thousand dollars
