How about the guy in Nutty Putty cave? Makes your skin crawl

Wriggling into a cave with your arms and legs straight out, then trying to make it down a 90 degree bend and having your ribs hook into the rock so you can't go backward or forward?

When I go to hell that is what I'll be doing I'm sure
