UVA's #1 player wasn't participating


This past week there was the inaugural women's amateur invitational held at the Augusta Golf Club, home to the Masters. Invitation only given out to 70 of the top rated female golfers in the world. The top player on the current UVA team was invited and participated. She made the cut of 30 and was playing at Augusta on Saturday.

So while I agree we have a shot to finish above them at the ACC championship you can't read too much into the just finished Clemson golf tournament.
