The "PAC12" would become the "PAC17". For that $100M "investment", the buyer would get an equal share of the total media revenue that the "NewPACCo" generates.

I guess they could find a union pension fund or a state employee pension fund that may invest, but those funds are going to want to get their initial investment back.
