I think I remember reading a post you wrote about that. So sorry.

I remember thinking to myself at that time, "I am going to have to face that soon myself." With a 15 year old dog, you kind of have to expect every day could be the last. I have absolutely no complaints - our girl has been the best dog we could ever hope to have. Saying goodbye just royally sucks.
