Article I read specifically said it was much more than paying school for


a new building in exchange for accepting the kid. The current scheme revolves around falsifying test results, fake test takers, fake charities. The schools supposedly weren't in on it, and in some cases, neither was the actual student. (The parents chose whether to involve the kid or not).
