It's about time. tax code has been

the NCAAs soft underbelly.

I don't think this is the last time we will see this route used to bring the NCAA into the real world.

The clearly punitive requirements (to sit out) of the transfer rule is begging to be changed...has zero to do with the academic "mission" of the NCAA
