My interpretation is the poster means did wrestling kind of close to the


season at higher weights than last year (for free) force the higher weights now (for folk). Making a lower weight for free would have required a bigger cut than folk, so they moved up. Once they moved up for that, maybe going back to the lower weights for folk was not going to work.
