Winning isn't enough - they need the right kind of wins.


The PAC is very insular - they play each other and the Mountain West teams - etc. and those games are at night and not very compelling so no one watches outside of the West Coast. They really need to come east and play more games - and not just the showcase games where they come out and get creamed by Alabama or something. A lot of home and homes with SEC/BIG/ACC teams by all of their members. Basketball needs to arrange conference challenges with other conferences in the East like the ACC-BIG challenge. And then of course, they need to win.
