PAC 12 should do something like you are suggesting.

Instead of selling a 10% equity stake in their media rights for $500 million, they need to go the model of Big 10, SEC or ACC. They either need Fox or espn as their partner.

Fox probably makes the most sense, since PAC 12 is intertwined with Big 10 anyway, and Big 10's partner is Fox already.
