I don't disagree that the ACC and Barclays can work with each other

Is the ACC willing to share the Barclays with a "mid-major" (aka the Atlantic 10) is the real question? Since the ACC has to share the Barclays with the Atlantic 10, then the ACC may not get to play the tournament in New York as frequently as desired.
