sounds like a wonderful opportunity for the reasons you detail. Probably some good old world food too (I currently have "Pittsburgh turkey chili" in my fridge probably kinda Greek style stuff)

And Pittsburgh is underated, remember reading that it was the 10th biggest high-tech area, belies the old steel belt reputation. Sounds like nice timing and set-up for a late career end-run like a football coach getting the dream gig.
